Dave has been cooking in Alaska’s remote fishing lodges for over 24 years, with nearly a decade spent fueling the crew and guests at Sandy River Lodge. He’s here for the same reason many guests are—the wilderness, the water, and the simplicity of life off the grid. Known for his hearty meals and no-fuss approach, Dave takes pride in cooking good food for great people. When he’s not in Alaska, he’s usually traveling, fishing, or chasing snow.
