Policies
Booking Policy:
Returning guests receive first right of refusal to rebook their same week for the following year. Returning guests have up to 45 days after their trip to confirm their return. After 45 days, guests on the waiting list will be offered available weeks on a first come first serve basis.
Payments:
A 50% Deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your spot, final payment is due 90 days prior to trip.
Cancellation Policy:
All payments are considered non-refundable unless a replacement is found. There are no refunds for missed days due to weather, flight delays, or other events out of our control.
Health & Consideration Policy:
At our remote properties, we strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and staff. Given our location and the limited access to emergency medical assistance, we kindly ask that you be mindful of others if you’re feeling unwell to help mitigate and prevent the spread of any illness.
If you’re experiencing symptoms of illness, please take precautions—practice good hygiene, limit close contact with others, and let our team know so we can help accommodate you. A little courtesy goes a long way in ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay.
